Vacuum Limit Switch, Fixed Deadband

The Mercoid D Series Switch has extremely high sensitivity and great repeatability. These Models are equipped with two external adjustments, one for setting high pressure operating point, the other for setting low pressure operating point. Deadband, the difference between high and low setpoints, is adjustable over the full scale. The deadband is fixed at a factory setting and cannot be altered in the field. Connect the vacuum limit switch between pump and strainer to shut off the pump if the strainer becomes clogged or vacuum suction is broken due to low water in the filter tank.
