These styles are designed to help pools conform to the American National Standard ASME/ANSI A112.19.9b-2009 regarding suction fittings for use in swimming pools, wading pools, spas and hot tubs and are compliant with the VGB Pool and Spa Safety Act of 2008. Replacement grates are designed to retrofit into existing Hayward frames.
