Payment
Methods:
Upon review of a properly completed credit application,
credit may be established with Net 30 terms. A service charge
of 1½% per month is charged on invoices over 30 days old. Alternate
methods of payment include payment in advance by check or money
order (please allow up to 2 weeks for personal checks to clear)
or payment by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).
We do not ship C.O.D.
Prices:
All prices are FOB Bismarck, North Dakota or point of origin.
Due to market conditions, all prices are subject to change without
notice. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. However, we do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Customer's order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance of an order by Recreation Supply Company takes place only once goods have shipped. Minimum billing $10.00. Orders under $10.00 must be paid
for in advance. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and
packaging charges. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added
to the invoice unless agreed upon by Recreation Supply Company
(RSC). Next Day, Second Day, or other special handling for rush
shipments are available on request at the purchaser's expense.
Our freight carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide
a delivery contract name and telephone number with your order.
No COD's.
Freight
and Freight Claims
Shipments
become property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified
shipping agent. Unless specifically requested in writing,
RSC will choose the courier to be used (typically UPS). Freight
companies have strict policies regarding damaged freight. Recovery
claims must be filed with the carrier by the purchaser within
the time limit allowed by such carrier. The loss or damage claim
should be noted on the original copy of the freight bill by the
receiver. If you sign for a damaged package without noting the
damage at the time of delivery, they will often not allow the
claim. Please make sure you inspect your packages before accepting
them. RSC is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.
We
will gladly help customers establish any just claim for damaged
goods (to the extent that we are able). Make sure you understand shipping options and how your order will ship before placing an order.
Taxes:
North Dakota and Minnesota purchasers will be
charged applicable Sales Tax unless purchaser furnishes a resale
or tax exempt certificate to RSC prior to purchase. No prices
or quotations include sales tax.
A special note about online color reproductions:
All color samples are approximations due to the limitations of exact color reproduction on computer monitors. For exact colors of paint or fabric, please email us and request that samples be mailed. Returns due to dissatsfaction with color will be subject to our return policy.
Returns:
Products being returned for credit must be accompanied
by proof of purchase (i.e., an invoice or packing slip showing
proof of purchase). A Return Authorization Number may be obtained
by calling customer service at 1.800.437.8072. The Return Authorization
Number must be written on the outside of each package of goods
being returned. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Authorized
returns in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee
of up to 25% of the purchase price. Orders for custom merchandise
or special orders cannot be canceled once processed.
No product will be considered for return 90 days after the
invoice date for the product.
Certain items may not be returned for credit under any circumstances. This list includes, but is not limited to: Inflatables that have been inflated; opened paint containers; custom merchandise or special-ordered sizes or colors. Any item that is not in its original condition may be unacceptable for return.
Warranties:
All products are covered by manufacturers’ warranties and
are the responsibility of the manufacturer. No warranties, express
or implied, are made by RSC or any of our agents.
