Truck Freight

Product is shipped FOB Origin. Our primary carriers are FedEx and USPS. Truck shipments may require assistance unloading and will require a signature. At the time of purchase, customers with orders shipping via trck freight will be required to fill out and return our Truck Freight Questionnaire. The purpose of this form is to confirm the shipping address as well as to identify any additional delivery services that may be required.

Additional Charges for Extra Services:
  • Expedited services such as Next Day and Second Day service - quote on request
  • Truck shipments to residential or limited access addresses (military, school, etc.) - varies, approximately $40 to $125
  • Truck shipments requiring inside delivering or a lift gate - varies, approximately $75 to $125

If Extra Services apply, you will be billed for the cost of those services.

Freight Claims

It is your responsibility to inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. Freight companies have strict policies regarding damaged freight. Recovery claims must be filed with the carrier by the purchaser within the time limit allowed by such carrier. The loss or damage claim should be noted on the original copy of the freight bill by the receiver. If you sign for a damaged package without noting the damage at the time of delivery, they will often not allow the claim. Please make sure you inspect your packages before accepting them. RSC is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. We will gladly help customers establish any just claim for damaged goods. Contact us immediately for assistance with damaged shipments.
