Lead Times

Our goal is to get your standard ground service order to you as fast as we can. We have distribution centers in three locations (Missouri, Connecticut and North Dakota) to serve you better.

In-stock orders received by Noon Eastern Time typically are shipped the same day. In most cases, we ship items from the nearest distribution center that is stocked with the item(s) you ordered.

Non-stocked items typically ship directly from the vendor and are dependent on vendor location and manufacturing lead times. If shipment is needed by a certain date, please contact us to ensure that we can meet your requirements.

If an item's availability is marked "Contact us for availability information," then it is either an item that typically ships direct from the manufacturer or it is temporarily out of stock. Information is constantly changing for these items. For the most accurate information, you must contact us to request lead time information about these items.

In-stock, non-truck items typically ship via either FedEx or USPS at our discretion. USPS orders are typically shipped via Priority Mail service, which takes 1 to 3 days for delivery. FedEx orders ship via Ground service to the 48 contiguous United States, which takes 1 to 5 days for delivery.

Note: Hazards and Truck Shipments will require additional processing time. Due to ongoing impacts of COVID-19 on shipping infrastructure, unanticipated delivery delays may occur. While we continue to do our best to meet our order processing goals, during peak order months of May and June, order processing time for stock items may be extended by a day. If your needs are time sensitive, please be sure to contact us to discuss the best options for meeting your requirements.
