Free Shipping Offer:

We now offer free ground shipping on orders over $100! Orders under $100 are charged a $7.95 processing fee. We will ship via the most economical method. The address you provide should be able to receive shipments from both FedEx and the US Postal Service. If you must specify a particular courier, you may be subject to a shipping surcharge equal to the extra costs we incur to honor your request. Specify your request in the Shipping Instructions field in the Order Information section when placing your order.

Exceptions:

The list of items that are not eligible for our free and flat rate shipping offers includes, but is not limited to:

• Some hazardous chemicals (as noted)
• Portable filter vacuum pumps
• Portable gas-powered pumps
• Some Sau-Sea Pool Paint products
• Four-gallon and five-gallon containers of other pool paint products
• Poles that ship in packages longer than 8 feet
• Our economy line of patio furniture
• Racing lane lines
• Competitor Stor-Lane reels
• Premier Polysteel park furnishings
• Large D.E. filter grids
• Nordesco benches
• Nordesco foam rafts
• Jaypro wall-mount benches
• Tip N' Roll bleachers
• Aluminum all-purpose benches
• Any item that does not display a price on the website

Certain items as noted in the catalog, such as Grosfillex and Texacraft casual furniture, must be purchased at or above certain minimum quantities to be eligible. Our free and flat rate shipping offer is not available outside the 48 contiguous United States. Please request a shipping quote for delivery to addresses outside the 48 contiguous United States.

If your RecSupply.com order is not eligible for our free shipping offer, we will contact you with a shipping quote which you must authorize before we will proces your order.

Next Day, Second Day, or other special handling for rush shipments are available on request at the purchaser's expense. Please provide a delivery contact name and telephone number with your order.

Additional Charges for Extra Services:

• Expedited services such as Next Day and Second Day service - Quote on request
• Truck shipments to residential or limited access addresses (military, school, etc.) - varies, approximately $40 to $125
• Truck shipments requiring inside delivering or a lift gate - varies, approximately $75 to $125

If Extra Services apply, you will be billed for the cost of those services.

Redelivery:

Additional charges may apply for redelivery of packages deemed undeliverable by the carrier.
