Tenjam products are only eligible for return at the discretion of the manufacturer. All return freight must be prepaid by the purchaser. Purchaser will be reimbursed by Tenjam for reasonable return shipping fees only if the merchandise is covered under Tenjam warranty. Tenjam will replace merchandise that is covered under the Tenjam warranty at the full cost of Tenjam.
