Fluidtrol Modulating Float Valve, Vertical, 8"

Fluidtrol modulating-type float valves are inteded for use in aquatic systems wehre self-regulating flwo is required. They work to make gradual adjustments to main drain flows based on surge tank water levels. Fluidtrol horizontal and vertical float valves come standard with two butyrate float balls and feature polypropylene valve construction with stainless brackets and hardware.

• Corrosion-resistant polypropylene valve body construction
• Heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant stainless steel hardware
• Two solid-core butyrate floats and dual arm actuation
• Modulates the flow from 20% to 80% open
• Float rods are equipped with collar stops to allow more precise water level control when necessary

Specifications:

• Flow Rate - Typical flow rates would be based on maximum flow velocity through the correspsonding line size and a typical range is 4-6 feet per second.
• Materials - Stress-relieved polypropylene body with a solid polypropylene disc. All attaching hardware is 304 stainless steel.
