• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to stock products and parts.
• Commercial Configured Products: These products are not eligible for return and are subject to up to 50% restock fee if the unit has not left a Raypak facility.
• New & Unused Equipment: Return requests must be submitted within 180 days of shipment.
• Concealed Damage Claim: Claims for non-visible damage must be submitted within 90 days of shipment.
• Freight Damage Claims: Visible damage must be noted on the delivery slip, and claims must be submitted within the following timeframes:
  • LTL (Less-than-Truckload): 48 hours
  • FTL (Full Truckload): 5 days
• 3rd Party and Collect Shipments: Raypak cannont process damage claims for orders billed and shipped under 3rd party logistics or collect freight terms.
