Spectrum products are only eligible for return at the discretion of the manufacturer within 90 days of the invoice date. Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All materials returned must be in a new and unused condition to warrant any credit consideration. Items must be returned within 30 days of issuance of an RMA; if not returned within 30 days the RMA will be canceled.
