International Sports Timing products are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, all authroized, non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restock fee. All returns require prior authorization and must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a higher re-stocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
