The durable water and stain resistant cover material is removable and washable. This Head Immobilizer protects the head and neck from further injury; comes complete with head/chin straps and pressure sensitive “loop” fasteners for your board; is 100% X-ray lucent; and allows the absolute minimum patient handling and movement.
